  • Who is responsible for the shipping cost?

    The shipping cost is included in the product price, so you don’t need to pay extra for it.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    The delivery time for custom boilers is 30-45 working days (calculation starts after order confirmation and signing of the technical agreement by both parties). For in-depth customization needs beyond standard configurations, the delivery time will be adjusted based on the actual production difficulty, and we will provide a clear delivery schedule during the order confirmation phase.
