Zhongrui Group focuses on the R&D, manufacturing, promotion and application of clean energy and new energy technologies. In February 2010, the Group established Yangzhou Zhongrui Boiler Co., Ltd. in collaboration with the Royal Institute of Technology. Leveraging the advantages of overseas talents and technologies, it introduced Europe's advanced energy-saving and environmental protection technologies and launched the "Zhongrui" brand of coal-fired, gas-fired and electric boilers. In July of the same year, the company was awarded the title of Most Environmentally Responsible Enterprise at the 4th Shandong Expo.

The company completed its expansion in November 2011. In 2012, it entered into OEM cooperation with a boiler manufacturing enterprise in Jilin Province. Relying on the manufacturing resource advantages of the old industrial base in Northeast China, it developed the northern market.

In July 2015, the company obtained the Class B Boiler Manufacturing License and launched a high-efficiency condensing waste heat recovery gas-fired steam boiler with a thermal 

efficiency of 96-103%, which is in line with the development trend of the low-carbon economy. In January 2025, the company won the Class A Boiler Manufacturing License and launched a fully premixed vacuum phase-change hot water unit, with a thermal efficiency of 96-108% and nitrogen oxide emissions of less than 20mg/m³.

In addition, the company has independently developed a variety of products, including condensing indirect heating water units (Silver Boiler), condensing vacuum hot water units (Copper Boiler), condensing atmospheric pressure hot water units (Aluminum Boiler), as well as flue gas waste heat recovery organic heat carrier boilers, biogas boilers, environment-friendly coal-fired boilers and biomass boilers.

The company's products are widely used in the supply of steam and hot water for industrial production such as textiles, printing and dyeing, papermaking, food, chemical engineering, medicine and metallurgy. Meanwhile, they meet the demands for heating, bathing, air conditioning and domestic water in enterprises, government agencies, hotels, schools and other places. The company maintains close cooperation with many large enterprises at home and abroad.
